Legally you are not allowed to sell a salvage car. If you sell it and when the authorities find out (because the new owner will have to register it) they can come and arrest you.

If you sell it for parts only, not as a roadworthy vehicle, then you can't be liable. You can't conceal from the buyer that it's a salvage vehicle.

Probably not if it was a salvage title.. But I would check with the DMV of your state.
