why don't you go visit other hair salons around the city and do some research. it should help a lot.

your best bet to make money is to assess how much the mortagage is plus utilites and divide that evenly rounding up between all stylists. Another 10% of sales from each stylist is not uncommon, and makes you money.
Here it is about $125 a week booth rental plus 10% of sales which varies.

Don't go on bare percentages. Your booths should not only pay for your lease, overhead, supplies and provide a profit.
If you want to live large. Half of your booths should provide for overhead, the other half should be your profit.
