Bench press, incline, flyes, incline flyes, crosses, decline press. Any thing that works the chest muscles will firm it up and give you a natural lift.

Any exercise that concentrates on your pectoral muscles will help.
Push ups, weight bearing arm workouts (think holding a weight in each hand, and bringing them straight up over your head in a windmill motion, and straight out to chest level in front of you.)
If you don't have weights, remember that a gallon of water weights 8 lbs. Take them by the handle and go to it! Start out slow, and increase your number and number of reps each work out.

Diamond push up is a great way to work your chest muscles. It also works your upper arms and shoulders.
Some people lack the strength to do even one push up in the standard position. The modified push up, in which you support yourself on your knees, is less difficult.
1. Standard: Start in the push up position with your body supported by your hands and feet. Keep your back straight. Instead of spreading your hands apart, position them so that each of your thumbs and pointer fingers are touching, forming the shape of a diamond.
Modified: Start in the modified push up position with your body supported by your hands and knees. Keep your back straight. Instead of spreading your hands apart, position them so that each of your thumbs and pointer fingers are touching, forming the shape of a diamond.
2. Lower your chest to the floor with your back straight and then return to the starting position.
