Taste like fruity Vodka. If your not a martini person you probably won't like them too much however if you like mango try a mango martini, you can't taste the vodka at all but be careful b/c you can consume alot in a small amount of time. btw doesnt taste anything like cake and ice cream

Like a very sweet martini..........they are very good and very pink!! A total chick drink!

did you mean cosmopolitan? its a kind of cake and ice cream mixture thingy. and yes its good.
