i just got sick yesterday my head fells hot and heavy and im starting to fill weak and sore, and also my nose is stuffy and im starting to slow down.....

i'm beginning as much as ask your self approximately this, if he rather had a viral ailment, or whether it rather is media gimic..... once I first heard approximately it i assumed it replaced into very resembling what Justine henin had lower back in 2004.. i think henin had Cytomenginus... yet i do no longer think of FEDEX's situation would be rather as extreme or long term, if he even has a conditon in any respect.. i think of th next 8- 9 weeks.. will purchase him adequate time to get into sturdy style for the french open..... and that i think of each and all of the rest will do him nicely..

Oh dear, it sounds like you are really in for a bad week. Rest as much as you can, drink lots of water, and be as gentle with yourself as possible. Rest and water really are the biggest things, although cold fx has helped me some.

Plenty of fluids; ie orange juice, water, hot tea...
vitamins: especially vitamin C
plenty of rest.

Go to Trader Joe's and get yourself some Airborne, so awesome, you'll feel better in no time. Also, lot's of water and rest-duh!

You need lots of rest. Drink lots of water. Get in your mind that you are GETTING better. Go to the doctor to get checked and get some meds if needed......Take care of yourself, no one else will........Good Luck

Take tons of vitamins, especilly vitamin C and drink plenty of fluids.
