Memory cards have a little switch somewhere on them that make them able to be written to, or to write protect them. Flip the switch over to the write part and snap away!

On many memory cards there is a small switch that locks the card from receive new information. It is usually located on the slim side of the card but may be found elsewhere depending upon the type of card. Hope this helps!

On the left or right side of the card (the bottom is the end that goes into the camera) there is a little plastic slider. It can be any colour but commonly black, blue or grey.
You can gently move the slider up or down just move it to the opposite to which it is now set.
Some cards have WP on/off on them.

Mine says that after ive downloaded my pictures onto the computer and put the card back in the camera. There is a little switch on your sd card flick that the other way then try again. Works for mine.

did u turn the lock on? take out the memory card and if it has a little thing (with sd cards it should be grey on the left) to lock the card. move it to the other position and try it again. good luck!

On the memory card is a tiny notch. It's usually white. Just flip it up with a pointed object and that will unwrite-protect the little ******.
