J. Quarry - W 53 (KO's 32) TF 66 - W pct 80% - KO pct 48% - wins over Patterson, Lyle, Shavers and M. Foster - KO'ed by Ali[2], Norton, Chuvalo and Frazier{2}
Never won title (one of the all-time greats to never win a title).

Moore beat very few Hwy wy but in this fight he would have TKO'ed Quarry on cuts.

Archie Moore was the Lt Heavy Champ for 10 years, started in 1936 as a Middleweight and because of racism, didn't get a title shot for many years. Archie fought many bouts in South America.One of the greatest ring technicians in boxing history.More ko's than anyone in boxing history, the greatest Lt heavy king of all time.A match against against Jerry Quarry would be ridiculous.Quarry would be tought a boxing lesson by Moore and the old Mongoose would carve him up like a turkey within 3 rounds, Archie by tko.

Jerry quarry was a tough man and for years was known as the fireman. he stopped alot of quality fighters who were so close to fighting for the title. Archie on the other hand was just as tough and he too was durable and with one of the most knock outs in the history of boxing 145 KO's. Archie Moore.

Interesting. Quarry a small heavyweight against the Master.
I Think Moore's experience and ring savvy propels him to an easy TKO victory round 6, fight stopped on cuts and swelling to Quarry's face.
