Try Sunsilk in the pink bottle. It's for dry, damaged hair with split ends and it's supposed to leave your hair strong and soft. I purchased it and after wards my hair smelled very nice and I noticed that it was much more manageable and soft.

garnier fructis length and strength. i don't use it but i have used it before and it made my hair super soft and smooth. if you want straight smooth hair use the garnier fructis sleek and smooth. LOVE IT! and that did answer you question... better than that other chick at least.
