On the southern end of the Andaman Islands in the Indian Ocean is the Jarawa language. About 200 people speak Jarawa and not one of them speaks any other language. Not a single one of the other 6 billion people on the planet speaks Jarawa. There is no dictionary or grammar of Jarawa that has ever been written. The Jarawa do not allow outsiders onto their island and the Indian government does not allow outsiders on their island. I would say that Jarawa is the least popular language on the planet since no one can learn it even if they wanted to.

Just consider all the languages that are now extinct and that no one will ever speak again.. Shuadit (Judéo-Provençal), many Native American languages, Etruscan, Gaullish language...

haha least popular or least used? I took Latin for 2 years in High School. Its not even used anymore, but they offered it as a course. Very handy tho going in to medical school.
