I keep thinking about my co-worker since he told me he wanted to take me out and that I was beautiful and whatnot. i have a boyfriend (which he didn't know about) and told him no. He keeps talking to me and emailing me, and its not helping. How do I just ignore him and make him stop?

Any ideas?

Obviously, he's not my type since he is very disrespectful. Maybe he's just desperate...

If you keep thinking about him, it seems like there may be feelings there. Otherswise you might tell him thanks for asking you out, but you have a boyfriend you are dedicated to right now.

I think you are confused about what you really feel. (Think about it very good). If you are serious and you want to make him stop, tell him that you don't want to hurt him in any way or make trouble for him or you at work, but that you are very uncomfortable. Tell him you like him as a co-worker, and that you need your job as much as he does, but if he doesn't stop you will feel the need to report it to a supervisor.( Be serious and sound determined) I can assure you he will stop because what he is doing is sexual harassment.. NO doubt!

How is he disrespecting you? You are obviously into the advances! If you are really offended about this - go to HR and report for sexual harrassment. But I think you should take a look at yourself first - you are the one that is "thinking" about him - you must not love your boyfriend very much.

tell him that you have a boyfriend and that you would not way be interested in him. Just be honest with him. And if he continues to make advances on you then you have to take it to the next level and show him that other side of you. Or if you can let him see you and your boyfriend together. And if that doesn't work, have your boyfriend come and see him. :-)

Let him know you have a bf and if he doesnt leave you alone then let someone at ur workplace know whats going on. Now if you want to persue it go for it but that wouldnt be coo knowing u have a bf. Plus a relationship at the work place is never good!

Desperation is the worst smelling cologne and women can smell it a mile away.

Ignore this guy, he will go away eventually. What will happen is that he will ask someone why you are ignoring him, and THEY will tell him.

Tell him it's not appropriate to be doing this at work and is actually bordering on sexual harassment at the work place. That should give you plenty of space.

Tell him that nothing is going to happen cause you already have a man to carry you to lunch and to tell you that you are beautiful.
