Gene Fullmer, one of the strongest middleweights in the history of that division and believe me there are some strong men in the middleweights division. Vito is tough but Fullmer is tougher.

Fullmer was slighly better than Vito, even though Gene had many bouts that were questionable against Robinson and Giardello that were draws.Fullmer by TKO in round 8

Antuofermo was a bleeder. Fullmer stops Vito on cuts in the later rds.

Fullmer takes it to Vito and the fight is stopped TKO cuts round 6.
