If I HAVE to choose just one, it would be Trading My Sorrows (it's one of my ringtones) but I also like some country songs which aren't considered Christian.

When I Get Where I'm Going - Brad Paisley (came out when my father in law passed away and just fit the whole situation. He always said he didn't want anyone to be sad over his death but to celebrate his life)

Angels Among Us - Alabama ( heard it the first time on the way to the graveside services of a dear friends funeral)

Jesus Take The Wheel-Carrie Underwood ( Says it all... I can't do it all alone)

If You're Going Through Hell- Rodney Atkins (Fits some of my life and I've always been told about the same thing that is said in the song.. If you're going through hell, Keep on going, Don't slow down,If you're scared, don't show it, You might get out
Before the devil even knows you're there)

Dear Osunumberonefa: I have several. These are "anointed songs." They drive me to my knees. If you like a country sound, this is NOT for you:

1. Breathe Upon Me:

"Come breathe upon me spirit of the
Lord - breathe upon me Breath of God
As I lift my hands in surrender
to your Name.
I am yielded to your spirit -
Walking in your Love
I lift my hands in surrender to your
Name."

2. I Stand in Awe:

"Oh, Lord my God you know your moving
I want to offer you the sacrifice of my
Praise.
You've come to rule,
All Praise is due,
I stand in awe of You.

And my heart beats the echo of your spirit
And my senses feel the warmth of your
Embrace. . . " Etc.!

3. Glory to the Lamb:

"God is moving by His spirit
Moving over all the earth
Sight and wonder - land of movement -
Moving over the earth."

4. It is Finished:
Sung by Alvin Slaughter

" There's a line that is drawn through the Ages
On that line stands an old rugged Cross.
On that Cross a battle is raging . . .
For the gain of Man's soul - or his loss.

On one side marks the forces of evil -
All the demons and devils of hell.
On the other - the angels of Glory -
And they meet on the top of Calvary hill.
You see, the earth shakes with the force of
The conflict.
Oh! The sun refuses to shine!
There hangs God's Son in the balance .

It is Finished - the battle is over -
It is Finished - there'll be no more war.
It is Finished - and Jesus is Lord!

Yet in my heart, this battle was still raging
See, not all the prisoners of war
Had come home.
See, there were battle fields of my own
making
You see, this man didn't know - the war
had been won!" Etc.!

This song has drums rolling in the background. It is hair raising!

Without the music, the words, alone, on this anointed music, are wonderful in themself! Hope you enjoy the words!

Look for anointed music. . . My best to you!

Love that one...
You should listen to the last track and her second CD. I can't remember the name of the song, but it is great.
