If you mean a 'strong' person, it is a person, although not too clever, shows the ability to use handy things, such as check spelling, to hide the fact. Intelligence is one of the best signs of strength. If you are intelligent you can get other people to do the hard work while you sit in your office playing with the computer. I consulted a dictionary and there is no such english word as strond. So to answer your question I don't think it means anything. Good news. Since you made up the word you can invent the meaning yourself.
