she is only 13. i know evrybody does it at sum stage but the actual problem is she is doing it in the bed next to me and has no consideration that im in the room. i find it really disturbin and i suppose there is not much i can do. just the moans and noise off it really bug me especially as she doesnt even wait till im asleep

Try to talk to her, but don't be angry when you do. Find her a book about it. Maybe she needs someone to talk too, if it can't be you, try to help her find someone, maybe an aunt, or an older friend that can explain to her that it is normal but she needs to do it in private. That is a very sensitive area to ask advice about, just know that she is not doing it to bug you, don't make her feel dirty about it. Ask her what you can do to give her a little more privacy because maybe you will need it one day too.
