I always open my pictures un photoshop and reduce the size and quality, but I need to find a program that will let me select many pictures and choose an average size (like 100kb per picture) and reduce the size of them all so that I can easily e-mail them!

Is there any program like that? like a compressor or something?

you may create an action in Photoshop which will try this for you, then run from record>Automate>Batch to coach the outcomes out of your action to each and each of the images in a selected folder. to verify an action, open between the images and bypass to movements palette. From the drop down record of options choose New action. call action and click on record then practice the outcomes you desire, save and close and from palette options choose provide up Recording. bypass to record>Automate>Batch. choose the action, the folder wherein the images are placed and a vacation spot folder on your altered pictures. click ok and enable Photoshop do the be remarkable for you.

What program are you using? In PS Elements, search the Help menu for Batch processing. You may find your answer there.

There are many programs for that. I can think of ACDSee and Paint Shop Pro" for instance.
