I think that's really her call. If she's expressed an interrest in that sort of thing you could bring talk about power exchange on the first date maybe show her your toys and see how she likes them. No matter what you really shouldn't try doing any BDSM play on the frist date as it distracts from probing conversation that will allow you to get to know one another and build trust. If you're both into whips and chains the First date is an excellent place to lay groud work towards kinkier exploits.

If you show up and she has a whip and chains I would guess that it might not be wise to argue with her or be too slow in jumping when she says to. If she is also wearing black boots and a spiked german helmet you had better practice up on clicking your heels together when you salute her.

No - that is one of those things you save for the second or third date (unless of course she shows up in a leather mini skirt, six inch heels and fishnet stockings). However handcuffs and silk scarves maybe acceptable.

Yes it is, while you are out, say something perverted, pull out the whips and chains, let her/him chain you up and beat the hell out of you, they will probably enjoy it

not unless you know for sure it's going to go that far. I would hold back from that. I'm into bondage too, but it may take awhile for your date to decided whether or not they are into that too. After all it IS sexual, so I would wait if I were you.
