I wouldn't do anything. Teasing could lead to violence. If he is watching you from a window versus approaching you to ask you to dinner or such, he may not be the type of guy you want to mess with. I could see how teasing might be an ego boost for you, but there are some crazy people out there. I would be careful and close your curtains.
It's not that girls asked to be abused but they sure should watch themselves.

Depends: How do you feel about him? Is he a trustable person not to take pictures and put your naked form on the internet?
