Apparently advertisers think so. I listened to a Christian radio station for a while to see what they were talking about. The commercials were all get rich schemes and snake oil.
If they're willing to give someone lots of money for something they don't get until after they die, it's a good bet you can sell them on almost anything.

Not so much gullible, but i do feel they need some guidence and help in life, something to grab hold of and believe in, they cannot make it on their own and need the company of others who feel the sam, if they cannot admit that, then they are fooling themselves.
What i do find annoying though, is when a person like that tries to tell me how to lead MY life.

sure, some are. so are some non-regular churchgoers, some synagoguegoers, some mosquegoers, some templegoers, and some just plain non-goers.

I'm a regular going church member. Preach some of your "other" belief system garbage to me. See if I'm gullible and spiritually ignorant as some are.
Yes, I'm including YOU. You claim to go to church but are opened minded to other beliefs? Your spiritually ignorant in the Word of God, my friend.

Some, yes. I just don't want to be one. We all have to really check everything our pastors say with the truth of God's Word. Otherwise we can be deceived. Read the Bible for yourself!
