Its a mixture of English, Internet abbreviations and Navajo Code.
Apparently "My ex is a tkele cho gi." = My ex is a jackass.

I checked it out in Google but wish you luck translating the rest :)

Update:
Did some further checking and it looks like the writer has just taken the alphabet and worked their way down through the dictionary. You'll see what I mean if you check the second link below...
