i will like to know if a merchant that uses paypal gets a order that was already sent out to a person now the merchant recieves a charge back and the credit card is reported stolen the only edvidence the merchant have is a address and a job address and number can the merchant presuse criminal charges against the company the have on file and also can the human resoure manager give out employees info to the merchant so they can procute basicly my friend ordered some stuff for and told me since she did not have a phone she was going to give them my job number so they can have a contact number but now someone from the company called and said they got a charge back and they are going to get the company i work for involed an press charges i acted as if i did not know what wa going on but the number they directly tie into my extention what should i do

did you gave permission to your friend to give your number? catch your friend and let her pay for the lawyers bill and hire the best lawyer to fight your case in the court of law.
