I have a overweight co-worker in her late 40's who outwardly admits that she does not wear panties.......EVER!!!!! I originally felt that it was her own personal business, and this had no affect on me UNTIL we had some breezey days and she flashed the men and women in the office.......on a few occassions. Why won't she wear some doggone panties, boy shorts, bloomers, boxers, something???

She's looking for attention and affirmation.

There's an old expression: women give sex to get love. She's playing the exhibitionist to get some faint praise from men (or convince herself that she's attractive)

But, it won't bring her the esteem or comfort that she craves.

Have her read any of the books below

OK I could see "Going Commando" if you were of so called "average" or "normal" size, according to today's society. But be a lady about it and don't speak about it repeatedly to a mixed group.

I have said to a couple of women co-workers that I on occasion wear thongs and being the Full Figured Diva I am, I'm secure enough in my womanhood that I can wear them. That being said I would never tell a whole room of co-workers especially men (especially men that may not find me attractive or that I find attractive and want them/him to know) what type of underwear I wear or for that matter don't wear...

As for flashing folks because it's windy, well poke my eyes out now because that is a little too much for me or just stay inside...Just the mental picture you have given me is a LOT TOO MUCH!!!!!

It might not do any good, since this woman obviously takes pride in her identity as a non-panty-wearer, but talk to human resources, or whoever is in charge.

Maybe she has really bad yeast issues and anything snug down there aggravates the condition....

...sorry to leave for a minute, I had to go throw up. She could at least wear boxers, right?

Because she doesn't have to. Sure she can be fired or counseled or whatever for not following company dress code should she be seen "flashing" people in a skirt on a windy day but there is no underwear law, except in the military. We have to wear "undergarments" in uniform.

If its really driving you crazy, I would talk to her supervisor or someone from the HR department. That is technically sexual harassment for her to tell you she's not wearing underwear, and definately for her to SHOW you she's not wearing underwear.
She'd probably get written up, or just talked to... but either way, problem solved.

EWWWWW and OH NOOO! I would be talkin to your boss as soon as possible. He or she needs to discuss proper office attire with her, and that should include underpants or a requirement of slacks if underwear is not worn. I mean that is just wrong and she needs to counseled on this issue.

If she is flashing you and making her lack of undies obvious, that is harrassment. Someone should speak to her about privacy and appropriate behavior in the workplace.

She is under no obligation to wear undies but she is under an obligation to keep it to herself.

Even I feel violated by this story.

Tell your boss! That's not only inappropriate, but it's most definitely against the dress code, AND she could get in trouble for sexual harassment if some man or woman decides to tell on her. Tell your boss soon... e-mail, ask to speak to them privately, etc.

You not only have the visual insult to deal with - aaaaah I'm blind! but think about the *** matter that is falling out from her skirt on a minute by minute basis. You have to tell me who she is so I never, NEVER sit in her chair.

I would definitely talk to the boss about it. That's just not professional and disgusting.
