People claim to have lived previous lives, that they are in fact reincarnations of themselves, having died and been reborn again, (some even claimming multiple repititions of death and life cycles,)... and there are people who claim an awareness of being before birth, that they are knowledgeable of their own pre birth existance - even before conception and gestation in the womb. Do you think they are speaking the truth?

There are a host of books in support of pre-existing life before birth. The authors site each other as evidence and they retell experiences of those who have claimed that reincarnation is true as additional facts... Is this evidenc of the truth for those who claim reincarnation?

I think they are sincere... some cultures or belief systems teach this, so this would influence their thoughts and impressions. I feel we did pre-exist in heaven and then were born here. In the book of Hebrews, it says we are born but once, and then after that the judgement (of our lives)...... so to me, I will have only one earthly existence. Reincaraniton is based on a mulittude of life cycles trying to reach perfection. Jesus taught if we accept forgiveness, we are as perfect before God, since our sins make us imperfect and now they are gone. So multiple cycles, whether one believes in them or not, are unecessary.

It is a fact that some people have previous lives. It is just that some people dont. For example my friend knows a bunch about the titanic but she has never read any books, seen the movie and nobody has told her information about it.THat would be considered that in a previous life she was on thw titanic. She then died and that was her after life...she was born as a different person.

Makes perfect sense to me. I think all sorts of things could be explained by past lives such as weird phobias and whatnot. Also, I have heard of a theory that says that before we are born, we actually plan our lives out, like a blueprint. When we experience deja vu, we are subconsciously remembering the blueprint.

I don't believe in reincarnation, but I believe we existed as spirits before we were born, it certainly makes sense to me when I see so many babies with such unique and developed personalities.

I believe in reincarnation as well..Does it make sense when you get these five year olds who have wisdom of a person who lived a full life? I mean, past experiences, whether they know or not.

all souls are in the "guff" a"waiting room" so to speak before they are born. then god tells the angels which soul goes where. i belive that we come back again if we didnt finish or get right what we had to do the time before. some people remember, & work harder to get it right. you know that little indent on your upper lip? that's where the angel that sends your soul touches you & says"dont remember". some people's indents are small & some are large, depends on how much you remember..

According to Law, there is no life before birth that is how we justify Abortion.
I think God has a different perspective.
I know, a little off topic, but hey it works for me!
Peace!
