the best lovers in my experience are those who take their time. They are very experienced and tender kissers and pay attention to each curve and bend of my body. They ask what I like, are attentive and can express their own wants and desires openly. And, they are up for having fun and experimenting also. But just for the record, its always better when love is there. lol.

What makes a good lover??, I'll try to give a simple answer. I think what makes a good lover is when that someone truly LISTENS to what you want while being intimate and gives it to you (within reason people, try to behave). Someone who puts pleasuring you in front of you pleasuring them and truly enjoys pleasuring you.
