oaky. i've been working out and my stomaches getting smaller. my arms are getting tighter. my calve muscles are rock solid. but my freaking a ss and thighs aren't making any proggress. ive been running, swimming, doing vidios, going to the gyms, etc. i'm getting better results every where! except for those 2 places. any suggestions?

do leg lifts for the thighs and try sucking in your butt muscles when u walk

Treadmill - but set it as steep as it will go.
Start at 2 miles and hour and increase speed after 10 minutes if it is too easy. Do a minimum of 30 minutes up to an hour. Every other day. Do upper body alternative days
This will give buns of steel and superb legs.
Measure now and again in 4 weeks.
Expect a miracle.
