this is my own homemade recipe for an easy breakfast smoothie....its my favorite of all the smoothies i have tried to make and its also the easiest.

in a blender, place...

3/4 cup milk
1 cup roughly chopped fresh strawberries
1 roughly cut banana
1 tablespoon sugar (more or less depending on the sweetness of your fruit)

blend together and enjoy!! you can also replace the strawberries and banana with peaches...or leave out the strawberry or banana for a single fruit smoothie. or add a handful of blueberries.

if youd like the smoothie to be thicker, add about half a cup of plain yogurt. you can also add powdered supplements to it such as powdered protein to make it a good after work-out drink.

I've tried a lot of smoothie recipes over the years and I keep going back to this one because I think it's the best:

frozen banana
fresh fruits
yogurt
honey
little bit of ice if needed.
Add in enough fruit juice to make it smooth to taste.
You can use frozen fruits, but fresh is much healthier and tastier!
