In addition to keeping outer garments from soiling, undergarments are worn for a variety of reasons: warmth, comfort and hygiene being the most common. Undergarments are often used for modesty or erotic display; sometimes both of these motivations are simultaneously present.
Undergarments can also have religious significance, as in the special temple garment worn by followers of the LDS Church (Mormons). Some Jews use clothing that should neither touch the skin, nor be used as outer clothing: tallit katan or tallet ketannah or tzitzit. Every Jewish boy and man is supposed to wear Tzitzis, an undergarment, every day and always when attending synagogue [1]. Some Hindus wear a Sacred Thread underneath their clothing that is supported on the left shoulder and wrapped around the body, falling underneath the right arm.

knickers, bras, jocks, boxers, trunks and singlets all protect the skin from our outer body parts, we wear underwear for protection, warmth and comfort. would you prefer to go freeballing or have no knikers on under a skirt, so when a gust of wind blows up we see all your glory. sum people like weaRING NO underwear as they like to have the freedom of air flowing between their legs, wot if a woman has her period though, obviously she needs underwear to protect her pad, even wearing a tampon still needs to be discrete as the string hanging out may tickle your inner thigh. but wot about after sex and especially if ,you do not shower straight away the smells of sex and *** juices would be wafting for the other persons nose. if a man gets a hard on underwear would protect him showing his erection, and if he *** in his pants it wouldn't dribble down his legs if he had jocks on. wot about all the oter body odours such as sweat and piss and **** that *** out of your body parts, where do they go, at least if you have underwear on it will absorb these odours, and you only need to wash them out. its easy to care for, you cant get any infections or sores when wearing underwear, wot would you rather a rash free body or something festering and itching you cos you didn't wear your undies... anyhow good luck sia..
