Women are communicators. It is in our make-up to help faciltate communication.
If we are not getting a response, many times we feel we need to keep explaining it a different way until the person listening (many times men) acknowledges that they understand the message. Even if you do not agree with the message, we need to know you have understood what we are trying to say. Many men are unresponsive and then the cycle starts.
because women filter things through more layers then men (IMHO), such as emotions,body language, tone etc...when a guy just shrugs for an answer, we read alot into it. When a guy gives a short one line answer, we are hearing everything, not just the workd, we are noticing the tone, inflection, body movement, facial expressions etc. If they are not coordinating with the words then we think you are not saying everything and try to get more info - "what did that mean?" etc....
Realise this is mostly on a subconscious level - it is just the way we are designed at a "dna" level.

You can't judge all women from your experiences. Its wrong of you to do so because there are some men who talk to much and some are more into their looks than women. You must be single or even lonely. My heart goes out to you but try finding a woman who wants to be with a man like you someone with low self-esteem and don't care that you can be emotionally and mentally abrusive. HAVE A NICE DAY

If a lady (or anyone) goes on and on about nothing, then they should learn to shut their mouth. But you might consider that they actually have something interesting to say; maybe you might learn something if you actually listen.
Men and women generally communicate differently, also.
Men talk to state facts, assert authority.
Women talk to exchange ideas, emotions.

if women talk too much its probably because they have something to say and since some guys don't listen properly (half-listen or pretend they do) then she has to repeat herself.
Not all men but some talk total bullshit and if they know it that doesn't stop them from doing it...LOL
