I am sorry, The wedding date is August 15,2007.
I realized it when everyone said it's to early to plan.
I apologize once again.

Umm...maybe an emerald green & gold.
My cousin's color's were red & white. (he got married in June) And a family friend got married in Oct.-her color's were green and ivory.
Burgandy and gold are also pretty too.
Just pick a bright color and another color to offset that one. (so that it won't be too bright)

I think cool colors (blues, purples, greens) would be a great choice for a summer wedding. August is usually such a hot time of year so a wedding themed with cool colors would be refreshing. Or you could combine a cool color with a warm color (some examples: yellow and blue, burgundy and green).
Some good flowers to use would be:
*black roses (the green from the leaves would be the cool color)
*sunflowers and irises (not sure if irises are easy to find in the summer though)

I had a July wedding and did pink and brown. I was able to do a lot of things with it and had great bridesmaids dresses that had a stripped strapless top of pinks browns and whites with a pink skirt. I also really like aqua or torquise blue for summer weddings.

It's WAAAAAY too early to plan a 2008 wedding. Start like 14 months out, no more.

I did black/white/silver. I got married in May. It really turned out nice. Oh and the answers that you are planning way too far in advance...Nope! Plan away. It flies by! Plus if you plan early then you are not so stressed at the end.

I am doing pink and brown but for you I would wait until it's closer.... They come up with new colors and trends ever season. Like right now they have great coppers, gray silvers and rich velvets that I would never have thought of until I saw them in the store. You should wait until your closer to 1 year away.

Yellows and oranges would be in season. You could have your flowers be tiger lillies and yellow roses. Hot pink and black would also be a good option. We are doing indigo and yellow with irises and yellow roses.
Good Luck!
