Many people are coming from Nebraska and California. A groomsman did the same thing at his wedding. Many people are inquiring about this.

Plan for a breakfast Saturday morning (fruits and breakfast stuff. eggs, bacon, etc.), after that, do what you want! start your honeymoon!

You don't have to, but it would be nice if you will be sticking around for the weekend. A brial brunch or bbq the day after would be nice. So would a flag football game or the like. If you won't be there, you can always reserve some tee times and spa appointments for your guests to enjoy.

We are planning a Saturday wedding with a big rehersal bbq the night before with all of the out of towners and then a brunch the next morning. The day of the wedding there will be tee times for people who want to go and I provided a list of things to do in the area on my theknot.com page.

Good Luck!

Yes, You can make it a wedding weekend. You can have your wedding on Friday, a family outing on Saturday and on Sunday a dinner. The entire weekend would be about you and the Mr.

When our family went to an out of town wedding, the bride and groom prepared a list of nearby attractions and left them with the hotel's front desk to distribute as we checked in (along with a local tourism brochure from the state)

we left gift bags with bottles of water, fruit, a map of the area, & a list of nearby attractions at the hotel for each guest. they seemed to like it and it helped several of them when they got turned around. we were planning a brunch the next morning with immediate family to "decompress" & open gifts from the wedding, but chose to move up our honeymoon departure. you do just what you want to do :)

You might want to provide them with a complementary breakfast/brunch Saturday morning. After that, I'd say they were on their own.
