Not impossible, just not good for you! Too much too quick.
If you must do this, first be sure your heart is in good health.
Exercise, and diet will have to both be used. Cut carbs, and fat, increase protein. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO sugar, no fat. Cut bread and potatoes, etc.
Exercise 3 times a day, at least 1 hour each session. More if you can. Start the first day by increasing what ever you do today. I assume nothing. So, start walking at least an hour. Stretch for 30 minutes at least. Calisthenics 30 minutes. If you can run, do. If you can bike do. Add up to at least 3 hours per day.
Don't treat yourself with food! Eat only what sustains your exercise, burn the fat off your body for fuel as much as possible. So, lots of fat burning zone (heart rate 120 or so) fast walk, bike medium, run slow.
Oh, and see me in your face, spitting mean statements if you get off track.

that is alot of weight to lose in one month. i am not sure how healthy that can be. you can try the special K diet and execrise for an hour every day but working different parts of your body.

Umm, I don't think it's safe, but that doesn't mean that you couldn't lose like 16 pounds in that time (while still being in the safe zone)
