I dont know any real unique ones. You could find one based on some personality traits. I call my husband babe, baby, old man, he calls me cutie or now he came up with gigglebox because when he kisses my neck or tickles me i giggle a lot and he thinks its really cute so he started calling me gigglebox. think about litlle things that he does thats cute and create your own. you cant get anymore original then that

Usually it should be something that suits him. You could even use the standard, dear, honey, sweetheart but do it in another language --- mon couer etc.
See if there's something he does that you can invent a name from.
My sister just calls her husband "my love", not somehting i would choose myself but it's something.

Lovebug, baby, love, bear (as in teddy bear).
Pick what fits. If he has a habit you nomally can laugh about then call him booger if he picks his nose or stinky if hes a big farter. LoL i kno it sounds funny but only you two will kno the story behind it and can always giggle about it.

Although it is not original, my boyfriend knows I want something when I call him "sweetie". When he acts really sweet I call him angel muffin.
Then there are times when I find him less adorable and I call him by the other name for a donkey.

I mostly call mine Pooky, after Garfield's Teddy bear but I know it's not that original. But I also call him Honey Buns. (He's got a GREAT butt.)
