Cereal is a real sore spot in my life right now! After had last baby started "drop a jean size in just 2 weeks" by eating cereal for breakfast and lunch. Sadly im still doing it now over 2 years later. I eat bran flakes, its one of my 'safe' foods and a complete nightmare.

Something containing oats as they keep your blood sugar stable for hours which means you don't feel hungry mid-morning and stuff yourself full of biscuits. I like porridge with some fresh fruit on top.
