i don't have a favorite but if it was it would be with you on silken sheets with the windows open on a hot stormy night feeling the sweat of our bodies together sucking your sweet juices

These are sins? I thought this was called "The America way of life".

Everybody does these things, but how can you not... really! Pride is the excessive belief in one's own abilities, but Envy is the desire for other abilities. Word? Where do you draw the line exactly? Believe in yourself... but not too much. What a joke.

There are more overweight people on Earth than there are underweight people. Everytime you order a Big Mac you're sentencing yourself to eternal damnation.

Pleasures of the body are natural and given to us by God to enjoy... not repress. Why would sex feel so good if it were forbiden?

I get angry when I see innocent people geting hurt. Does this make me a bad person?

Greed is the basis of capitalism. Without the desire to consume, have nice things and be filthy rich... the system will colapse.

Sins were invented by ancient brainwashers looking to control a savage population. They are outdated and insignifigant... and we should concentrate on leading better lives rather than trying to stay in the lines of a set of poorly defined, static rules laid out by a proud, lazy, greedy spiritual leader.

I found a great book in the recesses of a small town library where I attended college. Title: Das Energi, by Paul Williams (not the singer), published originally in the early '70s. In this dadaistic text, there is a thread that basically states that the only sin is self-hatred, and that all sin stems from self-hatred, including guilt. I find this to be a mysterious concept to try to wrap the brain and spirit around, because the Source/Creator made us in Love, and as we are made in this image, we should be Love, loving and accepting. So, it is a sin when our own inner discord separates us from each other, and allows us to act in unloving ways.

Looking back in history, the term "sin" actually originates from as an archery term, meaning "missed the mark". And haven't we all missed the mark, when it is obvious that there is so much distance between war and peace?

You're right - there's not a person on earth who hasn't committed some sins.

Over the years I've committed the sins of gluttony, sloth, greed, anger, envy, lust, and pride - all seven, though not all at the same age.

I suppose right now the sin of envy is the one I practice most.

Lust then Sloth right after, do it every night sometimes many times a night. Pride could just mean an as*hole and can put right next to Greed. Envy, Gluttony, and Wrath is everywhere in America, to bad for the goody 2s that none of these mean anything other than what they mean. I see LARRY S is one of these as*holes!

"All have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God" is a powerful statement concerning our station in life as it pertains to our sin. But in Christ, "all things are made new" as long as we're in obedience to God's Word. It is possible to live a full life IN the world without being OF the world! I've committed my share, that's for certain, but I'm striving every day to get better and do right.

To be honest, sloth and lust are two that I have problems with. But hey, it's a process and I'm under grace. Doesn't mean that I can use that as an excuse to sin, but it does mean that if I sin, I won't loose my salvation.

I go through my 'Seven Deadly Sin Checklist' regularly and make sure I've covered them all.

I think they are all important and necessary to survive and succeed in today's world.

Pride, Lust and Anger.

And I am not proud of that. Hope God forgives me.

Envy and Anger.

I wish I had, looked, owned what everyone else has. I'm never satisfied.

I am angry more often than not. I have a short temper.
