My dog died so I'm wondering if there is still a "non-physical" life of her like peoples have. It's just so sad to think that she's already gone.

Every dog must have a soul
Somewhere deep inside
Where all his hurts and grievances
Are buried with his pride.

Yes I believe a dog does have a soul, but weather or not a dog has a spirit, I don't know.

yes dogs do have souls so where ever you go even though your dog died and i am very sorry about that. When she was alive you thought of her because your dogs soul was with you even though she is not with you on earth her soul is in your heart and it will be their for as long as you live because as long as you still love your dog your dog's soul will be with you till eternity and one day you will be reunited some day. If you really ever miss really badly just look up at the sky and talk to your dog i know she will listen as long as you keep her soul in your heart.

I read once within the Course in Miracles site, an excerpt where Jesus was asked if Dogs have souls and the answer was that no they do not, as they do not possess free will and the capacity to disern good and evil as we do. But there is a special place for them in God's kingdom

I think dogs do have souls. I believe that the bible refers to animals as living souls or something like that.

I totally believe the dog's spirit lives on, just like ours does. I think if you talk to your dog, she will hear you. I feel so sad for you.

yes i do think so for sure. have you seen the movie Fluke? my whole opinion about things like this changed after i read the book by james herbert and watched the movie.
