I don't date overweight guys and I don't date guys from the getto.
Does anybody think this is werid and if they do-why?
This won't change my opinion-but I'm just curious what other people think about it...

OK- I'm not shallow but I'm a tomeboy who loves to play sports and stuff like that. So couch potatoes couldn't keep up with me.
I listen to rock and pop music and hate rap.
I'm in advanced and honors classes for pete sake! And its not about the money-plz I'm not even that rich. Its just If i were with them we couldn't really do anything fun that we both like. That's all.

Not WEIRD at all. You do have a right to your opinion. People are attracted to what they like. Don't feel guilty about having a preference. Never settle for anything that is below your standards!

no, not neccessarily wierd, but it is a little shallow! Just b/c someone is a little overweight doesn't mean anything (there's a difference in overweight and just flat out obese)....and as far as being from the "ghetto" - maybe they had a run of bad luck and are working to make it better...it's better than being homeless. Maybe they are living there while they are working for and saving money to build a freaking mansion somewhere....you never know. If you are going to judge them by things like that, they deserve better than you anyway.

Hey if thats you but you may not know what your missing out on because you categorize everyone.Just because they are overweight dosent mean they cant be a good boyfriend in fact they are probaly going to treat you better.As for guys from the ghetto there are nice guys in the ghetto but they just dont have the money to live in a nicer neighbor hood.But to each there own.

Some people may think you're superficial, but there is no reason why you can't keep your standards high. There needs to be an attraction first. If it's outer beauty appeals you, before you can get to know the person better, so be it.

Are you dating for status? Or because you like them? If you like the guy you're with then it shouldn't matter where he comes from, or what his weight is....it's a pretty normal human reaction...

overweight is nasty for guys or girls...doesnt matter its nasty.....and ghetto guys are idiots and need to grow up...i laugh at them....in my town the majority of them are living in an upper middle class home dressing and acting and talking like they are ghetto...when they couldnt handle 4 minutes in a real one
