Now this will sound stupid but it's quite true.
I've found that suprisingly I lose weight whenever I simply don't think about it. If you keep thinking about how you really really shouldn't have that delicious dessert, you're just going to eat more of it. When I stopped thinking about it, I might not have even had the dessert in the first place. Just try to eat healthily and excercise without thinking too much about it.

Best way .. EPHEDRA. It is banned in many states now, but you can still order it online from certain sites as there are alot of loop holes in the laws. It will decrease your appetite, give you energy and speed up your metabolism. I combine that with 2 or 3 times of excercise per week and I have been able to mange my weight very well. Taken in moderation it is no worse for you then caffiene.

Stop eating potatos and corn for starters,the starch in them turns to sugar, then to fat. Lower your fat intake to at least 20-30 grams of fat a day, then decrease it slowly down to 10-15. Eat more protein, remove the yolks from the eggs (that removes the fat and cholesterol), Keep your carbs about the same level as your protein. Exercise in the mornings before you eat anything and drink water, lots of water. Do some simple stretch exercises for about 20-30 minutes, then walk for about 20. If the weather doesn't permit, walk in your house by clearing a good path that will allow you some distance to walk. Stay away from restaurants and sweets. Give yourself a reward day one day a week when you can eat anything you want, cake, ribs, fried chicken, whatever your weakness is, one day a week to do so. Then stick with fresh veggies, low fat meats, skim milk or no milk and fat free cheese makes good for omeletes. Borden fat free is pretty good. Want more, email me.

Eat right and exercise... go to realage.com. Take the survey and then at the end it acturally tells you chages you have to make to live a healthier lifestyle all around. Losing it isn't always the hardess part...keeping it off is.

My church told us all we need is to believe in God - pray 3 hours a day, increase donation to church from 10% to 30%, and go to church everyday and we should be able to loose all the weight we want.

You can still eat, but it has to be healthier or you can limit yourself to a certain amount of calories per day, like 1,400 or something. Also, you should exercise at least 3 times per week.

eat right . Dont eat alot of junk food . drink alot of water. and most of all get allot of exercise. And for sure you'll lose wait the safe way.

eat less, exercise more. a diet full of fruits and veggies of about 1200-1500 calories a day, and exercise atleast 30 minutes a day
