Why is it that white people don't know their own stereotypes, but seem to know everyone else's?

So far many of your answers are pretty lame in my opinion. And dude with the blacks love chicken etc comment- you're OBVIOUSLY one of the white people that doesn't know your own stereotypes, and seem rather racist. ALSO when I say white--- you know if you're white just like I know if I'm black or asian or whatever else, so don't put that whole do you mean german or italian thing in it.

White people don't have that many stereotypes. We seldom sit around talking about being white. We think independently and can be from many different countries.

Blacks vote 90% democrat. Fact. They love fried chicken and watermelon. Fact. A group of black women will tip badly in a restaurant. Fact. Black Neigborhoods have high crime rates. Fact. They will not be quiet in a movie theater. Fact They freak out when hearing a non-black person use the "n" word. Fact. Stereotypes are not baseless. They are base on thing witnessed by a large number of persons. They might not always be true about an individual but they are about the majority.

I think it's the same with anybody not just white people. I'm Asian and sometimes I don't know my own stereotypes, but I can clearly see others. Hehe. =)

Which stereotype would you like me to know...redneck? rascist?Which one would you have in mind? If you would stop to consider that there are people of every race who are quick to look for stereotypes in other races, this finger-pointing thing would stop. WHY are people so damned intolerant of others and so willing to hate? People of all colors are PEOPLE. There are good and bad in any group.

I hate to be a little disrespectful, but it's true. They all no rap, and country, and alternative rock, but they can't have there own style of music. We have rap, though!
