It depends on how big the drops are.. but 1ml is a very small amount.. most droppers will dispense a 1 ml drop.. so my answer is 1 drop in 1mL of liquid.

According to domestic measures, one drop is equal to 1/20 ml(cc) =1 m (minim). Therefore one ml of a liquid is equal to 20 drops.

There are a lot of variables, but using purified water there are approximately 5 Drops for every 1.0mL.
