I would offer money to the first person who puts pants on him, then I'll make it a national holiday so every year they'll be a mob trying to pants a naked person then make it a tourist trap to raise money for the city then become mayor :)

I'll call the police!!! If he's running ard the neighbourhood naked, there is a high possiblity that he's nuts... so no matter how much i wanna tape him down for evidence, i would be better off hiding at home, while the police does their job!

See whats wrong with him - he could have just been robbed, stripped naked and running away from being killed. Just because he is running around naked in your neighbourhood doesn't make him mad. Alway try and help if you can.

Definitely photograph him so the cops won't think you are some kinda nut. I am sure he is like streaking and then disappearing into the abyss? If you have a picture and give it to the 6 o'clock news somebody in your area might recognize. Use a close up lens on your camcorder. I would tell somebody first so you don't get busted for making porno. If he is running around I wouldn't think that that is too threatful because it seems like it is for shock value, or he would be walking slow.

Go out there and run around with him holding out a collection bucket. and make sure you buy him some clothes before you give it to charity. its against the law so tell him to cover up his privates or you might be in trouble too.

The same thing happened in my neighborhood once. We called the cops, and then we got out the camcorder. The film actually livened up once the cops arrived ;-)
