Why is U.S. Godiva chocolate 3 times sweeter than France's?

And, does anyone agree our pastries, cake, ice-cream or soda are over sweetened?

I prefer dark, bittersweet chocolate myself. Unfortunately, most Americans like sweet milk chocolate, so that's what gets sold.

France's chocolate is the real chocolate. I've only had U.S. pastries, cake, ice-cream, and soda so I can't tell you.

yes i agree with u alot but u also have to look at it this way most of our people r dibetic and need the suger
