Sounds like heart burn or acid reflux. Stick to simple, bland foods such as chicken soup and plain rice. Nothing spicy or greasy. Just plain, simple foods.

My mom was giving me rice and yogurt in such cases and it worked. You can easily suplement with some kind of probiotic- it helps within a day. (But take it for several days or always, why not) If you still have some apetite through all these days it is probably an infection and this should help. Strongly avoid cofee, citrus fruits, sugar. However you should see a doctor and make sure what is it and what to do. You have already waited too long.

toast with no butter... any carboniated beverage... jello... stuff like that. Try to stay away from fatty foods and sugar. you really should go to the doctor if you have been having that problem for that long.

the best thing is: porridge/congee!
try to avoid spicy [hot] food and some others that has extreme taste [too salty, etc]
and go to a doctor or something. sometimes if it's not treated early, it could grow into something more sinister.....
