...could an all-knowing, infinitely wise being change his mind about his own set of laws, which are both perfect (Psa 19:7) and eternal (Psa. 119:160)?

What are you talking about? You mean the old covenant and the new?

If you're talking about Christianity here--and it seems you are, but if you aren't forgive my misinterpretation--God changed the covenant with people, not his own laws.

If I knew that I would be as God.
I'm not, I'm just a human being like you.
Do I have questions some times, you bet.
I don't dwell on them though, it makes your head hurt.
Some times I wonder about something and wonder, I never got the answer to why so many are poor and few are rich.
I thought about it so much that it started to take me over.
I then decided, if I don't get the answer in a week, forget about it.
I got an answer to a question I had, but it was 3 years later.

The bible is open to interpretation. I don't know if this question is directed at Christians to defend or for Christians to explain to a fellow Christian. I'll try it from the first. These "laws" are physics, they are perfect, they always will be the same. As for moral and spiritual maxims, people change them, not God, so its up to you and me to know right from wrong. This knowledge of what is right and wrong and the will of God despite popular believe can be called the "Living Word."

God is the same, in the past present and in the future, the only thing that changes is our perspective of the law and or satan will try to desort it into looking as though God changes the laws.

Actually, in the Bible when God sent the worldwide flood, he saw what he created and he was not pleased. so either he meant to displease himself or he made a mistake. and i think God could change his mind about whatever he wants, i dont know anyone who could say he would be wrong in doing that. lol

He didn't. He created those laws to reflect the Lord Jesus... Sorry this is kinda too complicated to type out..

If He is infinitely wise, maybe He knows what he's doing.

Examples please.
