Tell the Paper Manager you cannot do it anymore. It becomes his problem. You can quit.

1. stop the paper route. It's not worth $50 a week to be tired, have your grades suffer, and have your future suffer because your grades suffered. Plus, you could get in a serious wreck if you are tired all the time.
2. quit the restaurant; you shouldn't be forced to do ANYTHING until 9pm EVERY night while you are in school.
3. if you can't quit any of those for some reason, then you just have to choose what YOU want. Do you want to keep going like this, or do YOU want to quit track and have more free time, more energy, and better grades? Nobody on here can make that choice for you.

How often do you work at the restaurant?

You say you 'have' to do everything. The only thing you have to do is go to school. School is your number one priority here, everything else comes after.

Your next priority is work... but remember not to work yourself too hard! If you work *too* much, than you won't have time for big school projects that pop up and even for your social life. And if you sacrifice your social life too much you can damage your social development... plus hanging out with friends will reduce the stress you are under!

The third priority here is track. Unless you are a super-star and your team is hoping to ride your victories to a state finish, this is somehting that should be for FUN. Besides the health problems you will incur with constantly pounding your body (long distance running destroys your joints very quickly), track is going to eat up a LOT of your time, and well it seems you don't have enough of it hun to give up.

If I were you I'd give up one of those two jobs or the whole track thing. If you want to keep in shape, run for 30 minutes a day... at your own leisure, when it's convenient for you :)

I am not really sure if this will help you or not. It sounds to me like you just have more on your plate than what you can handle. Maybe you should make a schedule of all the things you are doing including the times and then see how much free time you really have. If you still can't fit sleep and sanity in then you need to scratch something from your schedule. Balancing can be tough, but sometimes we bite off more than we can chew!

Suck it up for another month. You took on the responsibility and all the other commitments you have made, now you're going to have to make the best of it. It's only a month, you'll live.
