Sirloin Stockade, but you have to fill out a card, drop it in their box (it's usually near the cash register), then they mail you a free meal card about a month before your birthday.

Ihop on Lake Worth Road. If it's still there. I grew up in Lake Worth and that was always the after church spot. But they always did our birthdays free.
