Sure, a sinus infection can get you down.... your body is fighting that infection and it has to rev itself up and direct its attention to your sinuses. It also fights infection while you sleep, so make sure you get enough rest. Also, drink a lot of fluids... your body has to heat itself up a degree or two to kill things off, and will dehydrate if you don't get enough liquids.

Yes. I have felt weak, fatigued, had pain through out 1/2 my face starting with the head going to the eye and nose and finishing into the ear. It is very common. Go to an ear nose and throat Dr. Demand a referal to 1 if needed. It turned out I had deviated septums for 14 years before seeing an ENT. By the time I had the surgery to correct this there was no septum, a sinus line ruptured in my gum so I no longer have upper teeth my tonsils were destroyed had to be removed and during a biopsy on my tonsils they found only sinus fluid. Once I had the surgery I never had as much as a cold since. Its worth looking into.

Most defiantly! I had a chronic sinus infection, and felt like I either had the flu or that the end was near! (I am not even joking. The pain was insurmountable.) If you are sick, I hope you feel better, but I cannot be much of a help in recommending any medications. Nothing has helped me in the past. I would go to the doctor, even though mine accused me of being a hypochondriac. I hope this helps!

Absolutely. Your sinuses are connected to the ear canal and there can be problems with dizziness or lightheadedness that comes along with sinus trouble.
