we really cannot make our hair grow at a faster rate. it grows about a half inch per month, and pre natal pills aren't worth it. take daily vitamins, even the flinstone kind, and since it's summer time, work out and break a good sweat- it's a known fact that sweating helps your hair grow a little faster, along with making it healthier. and, if your body is well- nourished and healthy, your hair will have a shiny glow. to maximize your genetic hair growth cycle, take amino acids and B-vitamins. it's important to include B-6, biotin, Inositol and folic acid in the supplemental program. It has been found that certain minerals including magnesium, sulfur, silica and zinc are also very important toward maintaining healthy hair.
there are a number of things that may actually slow the process such as; a poor hair care regimen, poor diet, illness, medication, male and female pattern hair loss, and emotional stress. so make sure you have a healthy lifestyle, and gets lots of vitamins and protein.

You have to take care of your hair and feed it the right things. Like natural oils and minerals and vitamins. Remember that the same things that work on your skin and nails work on your hair also. If you are dealing with a lot of stress it comes out in your skin nails and hair through breakage or break outs. Don't use too much heat on your hear and change your shampoo or at least conditioner every so often because your hair gets used to it and stops responding. And always remember to get your ends clipped. You will have great healthy hair if you take good care of it.
