she can't TAKE your man if your man doesn't want her so thats not an issue. If you can avoid fighting her then do so, if you want to or feel the need to tangle with her...do so. I know what I would do to her asss.

Your "man" needs to handle that particular business. He needs to tell her (in front of you) that he's not interested and she needs to get lost. Then he should protect you from her at by letting her know she'll face arrest if she continues with that negative aggressive behavior.

Then you should seriously report her to the police. Don't bother fighting her because that is soooooo uncool, unattractive, and not to mention dangerous. I'm sure she doesn't want an arrest record for assault, but both of you need to tell her you have no problem making that happen.

You can also try to get her on tape threatening you. Then you can use it as evidence against her when you go to the police. A restraining order seems to be a smart way to ensure she will be in much trouble should she carry out any of her threats. Don't tell her you're going to have one put out on her... just do it and then when she violates it she will locked up. Maybe when she's in jail she'll be able to experience what's it like to be threatened and possibly get beat up.
