How about a Ford Focus? They've got a surprising amount of headroom. The Scion xB is another relatively inexpensive newer choice. Lots of trucks ought to be able to accomodate you, too.
I've found VW and Audi products also seem to have a lot of room.

It depends on just HOW tall you are.
German vehicles (VW, Audi) are known to accomodate taller people. Simple reason? Their front seats go back further than most domestic and virtually all asian vehicles. My MkIII Jetta's seat goes back so far that you lose the back seat - plus you can lower the seat, to fit any height.

Acura MDX. Tall men fit. They are changing the body style for '07, so you should be able to get a good deal now on a '06.

My ex was 6'5. He drove a truck with an extended cab so he could push the seat back all the way. He worked in construction so it helped. I say test drive your likes and if you fit and its easy to get out of, go for it!! Good luck!!

GMC Sierra Crew Cab. 2006-fire red, leather interior. Lots of room. My husband's 6'4" and not skinny. He loves his truck.

im 6'6" tall and i weigh 350, i fit quite nicely in pontiac bonnevilles, cheap cars, gets about 30mpg/hw and they are very reliable
