Water retention. If you drink more water on a continuous basis then your body will be less likely to retain excess water in the future. Good luck!

The only possible explanation is that you drank more water than you lost.Metabolizing carbohydrates actually does free more water into your system but your body can't weigh any more as a result of this.It was in your body to begin with. There's no increase in blood volume significant enough to alter your weight because all of those raw materials were in your body when to started the work out.And mitosis does not take place over such a short period of time and you sure don't build enough muscle during a work out to affect your weight. If it were water retention then you would have to put more water in your body to gain weight.A gallon of water weighs 8.3 lbs. That's as medical and physical as I have room for.Joe

Your muscle tissues have been stretched and could "swell" with blood. Your intitial weight earnings probable has to do with water intake at the same time as beginning up an excersise software. in case you decrease espresso or caffeine out of your weight loss plan you could earnings 4-5 pounds in water via fact they are diuretics and your physique takes some days to regulate.

Its water.
Your entire vascular system expands when you work out - you sweat and you get thirsty.
Its temporary water gain - as much as 4 pounds worth in an average person.

Maybe they misheard you and thought you said, "You shouldn't exercise before getting LAID..."
Seriously, part of it is water retention. Also, if you are drinking water during your workout (as you should), that will be reflected in your weight post workout.
Love, Jack.

Some say it's stress. Some say it's consuming too much Hybred Foods.. cause the seeds are treated with hormones! You best make inquiry to your local Doctor. Or you can do an internet search for medical advise on the internet!

Look up the "Krebs Cycle"
Fat breaks down into Carbon dioxide and water.
Water is much heavier than fat.
I know this does not make any sense, but that it exactly what happens.

If you are really sore after a workout, it could be the buildup of lactic acid in the muscles. IDK--I'm not a doctor, I only play one on t.v.

remember also, muscle weighs 3 times more than body fat.
so say you lose 5 lbs of fat. but your muscles are getting bigger. you could feasibly weigh 10 lbs more but actually be more fit and trim.
muscle mass is smaller in visible appearance, but much denser and heavier.
