Really, everyone who respects and obeys Jesus Christ goes from door to door to teach his neighbors about the Bible's good news. It is interesting that only Jehovah's Witnesses are so clearly identified with the preaching work; globally more than 6 million preach publicly each month.

(Matthew 28:19,20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you.

(Acts 5:42) Every day in the temple and from house to house they continued without letup teaching and declaring the good news about the Christ, Jesus.

(Acts 20:20) I did not hold back ...from teaching you publicly and from house to house

It's sad when someone who claims to respect the bible actually insults or even advocates attacking a peaceful preacher. Sad but completely expected.

(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching... You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

Really, if someone goes out of their way to disregard Christian preachers and preaching, what is he saying about himself?

(Luke 10:1-17) After these things the Lord designated seventy others and sent them forth by twos... “He that listens to you listens to me too. And he that disregards you disregards me too. Moreover, he that disregards me disregards also him that sent me forth.”

A true Christian is someone who believes in the inerrancey of the bible and because of this they believe based on the 10 commandments they are sinners in the eyes of God. Becuase they are sinners in the eyes of God, God sacrificed His son for the remissions of their sins to escape judgement. By becoming born-again through the acceptance of Jesus into their lives they have been given salvation through grace from God. This is the path to heaven not by doing good works.

A true Christian does good works because they are Christian not to become Christian.

Someone who believes in a story book without question, if they did, and was to check up on the things that they have been brainwashed about they would realise that they have been conned, you do not have to be a Christian to believe in God, or Jesus, A true believers would understand and welcome other peoples believes. To question is not wrong, and if anybody disagrees with this then i suggest they check up on a few things in Hebrew, and compare the truth with the bible, I'm not saying all the bible is wrong, but a lot of it is.

People who know that God is one and there is a conjunction of good and truth.

The Father, Son and Holy Spirit is like the soul, the body and the works in a single person.

God is a marriage of good and truth or Divine Love and Divine Wisdom and this marriage creates a resultant action on the universe.

According to the Bible, Jesus told his followers to love their fellow man as they loved themselves, to visit the sick, visit people in prison, feed the hungry etc
He said they should give away every thing they owned to the poor, even tear their shirt in half if someone else needed it.
They should love their enemies.

If you manage to do all this you would be a true Christian, I suppose, though of course Jesus did not use this term as he did not set up any religion
